Exchange and Return Guidelines

Exchange Period

To ensure a smooth and timely process, please initiate your exchange within 7 days of your purchase date. This timeframe allows us to manage our inventory effectively and ensure that we can meet your exchange needs promptly. If you need any assistance with this process, our customer service team is always here to help.

Condition of Items

We kindly request that all items be returned in their original condition. This means that the items should be unworn, unwashed, and have all original labels and tags attached. Returning items in their original state helps us maintain the high quality and standards of our products, ensuring that every customer receives merchandise that is in perfect condition.

Discounted Merchandise

Items purchased on discounts, offers, schemes, or promotions are eligible for exchange only. We are unable to offer cash refunds for these items. This policy allows us to continue providing attractive discounts and special offers to all our customers.

Current Promotions

When making an exchange, please note that the current in-store promotions will apply to the exchanged items. Previous promotions that were in effect at the time of the original purchase will not apply to newly exchanged items. This ensures that you receive the benefits of our latest offers and promotions.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Please be aware that accessories cannot be exchanged once purchased. This policy helps us maintain high standards of hygiene and quality for all customers. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase of accessories to ensure complete satisfaction.

Exchange: Online Purchases

Items purchased online must be exchanged through the same online portal where the original purchase was made. This policy ensures that your exchange is processed smoothly and in accordance with the terms and conditions of online sales. Our online customer service team is available from 10:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Saturday) to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding online exchanges.
Note: For anything purchased in a store, please make exchanges in the same store you made the original purchase.

Tax Charges

Applicable taxes will be charged based on the discount schemes on specified products. This policy is in line with local tax regulations and ensures transparency in pricing for all our customers. Please note that tax charges may vary depending on the promotions and discounts applied at the time of purchase.

Altered Merchandise

We regret to inform you that items which have been altered in any way are not eligible for exchange. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and quality of our merchandise, ensuring that all customers receive products that meet our high standards.

Exchange for Size or Color Concerns

If you have any concerns regarding the size or color of the product, you may request a return and place a fresh order. The company is not liable to pay for shipping charges for product exchanges more than once; therefore, the buyer will have to bear these expenses.

Terms of Use for Returns

  • If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care immediately and provide valid proof (photos or video) of the product.
  • You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged, provided you inform us within 3 days of receiving the package.
  • To return an item, follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received, we will assess and validate it. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
  • Customers must return products within 15 days from the date of purchase, providing a reason for the return.

Return Documentation

At the time of the return request, please provide the following documents:

  • Return request with a genuine reason for return
  • Pictures of the product and packaging
  • Copy of the invoice

Note: No refunds are applicable during the End Of Season Sale (EOSS) period.

EDRIO Cancellation Policy

We have an easy and hassle-free cancellation process available for our valuable customers:

  • You can cancel your order only before we have processed it. Once processed for shipping, cancellations are not possible.

Modifications

Once you have placed the order, the size and color of the product cannot be modified. However, you can alter the shipping address of your order before it is processed.
