RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellation
We have an easy and hassle-free cancellation process available for our valuable customers.

  • You can cancel order only before we have processed your order.

  • You can also do so by contacting to our customer care at care@edrio.in

  • If the order is already processed for shipping then you will not be able to cancel it.

Modifications

  • Once you have placed the order, the size and colour of the product cannot be modified.

  • You can also alter the shipping address of your order, before the order is processed.

Exchange

  • If you have any concerns regarding Size or color of the product, you may request for Return and place a fresh order.

    However, the company is not liable to pay for the shipping charges for the exchange of product more than one time. Therefore, you/buyer will have to bear the expenses for the same.

NOTE: If any item is returned by you that does not comply with our Terms of Use, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Terms of Use. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.

Terms of Use

  • If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care at immediately and provide the valid proof (Photos or video) of the product.

  • You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged, provided you inform us within 3 days of receiving the package.

  • To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received we will assess and validate. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • The customers must return the products to the Company within 15 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a reason and return the said products.

  • Return request with genuine reason for return

  • Pictures of product and packaging

  • Copy of Invoice
