WHAT IS CASH ON DELIVERY?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery www.edrio.com offers Cash on Delivery option for all orders between Rs. 1/- to Rs. 10,000/- on most of the delivery addresses. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page.
IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most locations. Please check the availability of COD at your specific location during the checkout process.
WHY CAN'T I SEE THE COD OPTION ON MY PAYMENT PAGE?
If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your order value may be more than Rs.10,000/- OR
- Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option on your delivery address.
IS THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGE I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?
No, www.edrio.com does not charge. However subject to change

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We at Edrio try our best to give you an amazing shopping experience and that's why we made it very simple to buy a product. Just go to www.edrio.com scroll the category you wish to look products in > Select the product > Have a look at different views of the products > Select the size > Select the color > Click on Buy Now > Click on Check out > fill the shipping information > make the payment through Credit/Debit Card /Net banking/ UPI or alternatively you can select the Cash on Delivery option > your order would be placed successfully and you will receive regular updates on your mobile. HOW MUCH TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO GET ME MY ORDER?
Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. During peak seasons or sales, delivery times may vary

We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location).
HOW WOULD EDRIO INTIMATE ME WHEN MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED FROM ITS WAREHOUSE?
We always keep you informed with the progress of your order with regular updates via Whatsapp right from Order booking till The parcel has reached your doorstep
IF YOU RECIEVE AN OPEN OR A TAMPERED PACKAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT IT.
If you recieve an open or a tampered package at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?
If your shipment does not arrive on time, please contact our customer service team at care@edrio.in. We will investigate the delay and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?
Shipping charges may apply based on your location and the total value of your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm your purchase.
DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGE
RETURNS
We hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation then the customer can return /exchange the same in its original condition by informing us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Also, if ever delivered product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from the product selected in order then you can return/exchange it in its original condition by informing to us along with product snapshots within 7 days of receiving the product. If the variation or defect found genuine by our quality team, then we will refund the payment in your bank account or send you the requested product exchange. In case of any issues related to a manufacturing defect after using the product, the customer has to approach us within 30 days from the receipt of delivery.
EXCHANGE
Size, Color & Product Exchange: We entertain Size, color, and product Exchange requests after placing the order with us. In case the customer wants to exchange the delivered product due to above reason then Customer can raise the Product Exchange Request with us within the 7 days of receiving the product. There are few things which you need to make sure before returning a product. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
To return or exchange a product, follow these steps:
- Visit the 'Return/Exchange' section on our website.
- Fill out the required form with your order details and the reason for return/exchange.
- Submit the form, and our customer service team will guide you through the rest of the process.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?
The company is not liable to pay for the shipping charges for product exchanges more than once; therefore, the buyer will have to bear these expenses. However, there are no additional charges for the first return or exchange.
WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care immediately at care@edrio.com and provide valid proof (photos or video) of the product. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged, provided you inform us within 3 days of receiving the package.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?
If you receive a different item from the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Care at care@edrio.com Provide your order details and a description or photo of the incorrect item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return your order within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your replacement order. You will receive an email with the new order details and estimated delivery time, which typically takes 5-7 business days.
CAN I RETURN ALL ITEMS?
Accessories cannot be exchanged once purchased. Additionally, items that have been altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. It typically takes 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we process it.
HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR DISCOUNTED ITEMS?
Refunds for discounted items are processed in the same manner as regular items. However, please note that discounted items are only eligible for exchange, not cash refunds.
HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR PREPAID ORDERS?
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. This process may take 7-10 business days after we process the refund.
HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS?
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details to our customer service team for the refund process.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS FOR MY RETURNED ORDER?
You can check the status of your returned order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the 'Returns' section. Additionally, you can contact our customer service team at care@edrio.com for updates.

5. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can but only before we have processed your order. You can do so by contacting to our customer care at +917508469999 Or Chat with us at +919915492499 (Whatsapp) or email us at care@edrio.com . If the order is already processed for shipping than we won’t be able to cancel it.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
No, you cannot modify the size, color or shipping address of your order
WHEN AND HOW WOULD I RECEIVE REFUND OF ORDER I HAVE CANCELLED?
If you had placed order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for that. And if you have placed the order by using Credit/Debit card or Net banking then we will refund the same to the source of payment used

7. SHIPPING
HOW MUCH TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO GET ME MY ORDER?
Normally, we ship your order within 24 hours of receiving the order and it takes 3 to 5 days to reach to your doorstep. (Delivery time may be exceeded depends upon your location).In case of any issue related to delivery of order, customer has to report us within 30 days from date of order shipping, no complaint after 30 days will be entertained.
