Just go through these simple steps to place an order on our website
1. Click on the product to be ordered, select the desired size and click "ADD TO CART"
2. Go to your CART page, once you have added all the products you wish to buy
3. Click 'CHECKOUT'
4. Sign in to your account using your registered email id and password. If you are a first time visitor, you can proceed to checkout as a Guest User or create a new account in one short step for a seamless shopping experience and faster checkout.
5. Enter your shipping OR billing address
6. You can check for any applicable coupon codes by clicking on ‘Apply Coupon’ or enter your Gift Card code if any by clicking on ‘Redeem Gift Card’
7. Choose from prepaid & COD payment options
8. In case you have selected a prepaid option, you will be re-directed to a fully secure payment gateway where you need to enter your card details.
9. Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email and AUTOMATED WHATSAPP with all your order information.
A WhatsApp with your tracking link will be sent to you with order details as soon as your order is dispatched. Please mail us at care@edrio.in for any queries. Please mention " Track my Order with Order ID " in the subject of the email to get the tracking information regarding your order.
You can cancel an order through our automated WhatsApp service or IVR Call sent to you few seconds after your order placement until it has been packed at our warehouse. Still, if you wish to cancel your order after the order is packed, reach out to our Customer Care team at care@edrio.in.
For order payments made in advance the refund will be credited into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.
If you wish to modify a confirmed order, please write to us at care@edrio.in. from the receipt of your order confirmation until it is scheduled for shipping. Our representatives will be happy to assist you!

EDRIO provides the COD limit for every customer and/or orders. The COD limit includes any undelivered, unpaid orders and any new orders being placed. EDRIO provides COD limit of Rs 300- Rs 50,000 to each customer.
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under ‘change address’ option which is available under ‘My order’ section of Website.
You can apply a coupon on cart page before order placement. The complete list of your unused and valid coupons will be available under “My Coupons” tab on Website
We have an easy and hassle-free cancellation process available for our valuable customers.
In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order post confirmation, he/she should either call us at 0973334444 or email us at care@edrio.in stating the ORDER ID. EDRIO reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Orders may be CANCELLED by EDRIO under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: Insufficient inventory, Inability to comply with special instructions requested, Incomplete or unsupported address location, Orders not complying with our coupons usage policy, Orders at prices that significantly vary from market or EDRIO standard prices due to manual or technical error, Orders flagged by our technical systems as suspicious usage of credit cards or other payment options or any other potential abuse of our service.
In all such cases, items purchased on sale are also included.
